Cupping does the opposite of most massage. Instead of pressing tissue down, it lifts it — which is why it reaches layers that pressure alone cannot.

How the session goes
Cups are placed along the affected area and left in place or moved slowly across oiled skin. Elena uses cupping on its own or inside a longer therapeutic session, depending on what the tissue needs that day.
Afterwards
Round marks are normal and are not bruises — they fade over a few days. Movement usually feels easier within a day.
