How the session goes
The session starts light to let the tissue warm, then narrows onto the specific bands that hold tension. Elena works with the breath rather than against it — pressure goes in as you exhale. You should feel a strong, working sensation, never a sharp one.
Afterwards
Expect a day of feeling worked-on, then two or three days of noticeably freer movement. Drink more water than usual and keep moving gently.
