How the session goes
The session combines hands-on work with a personalised recovery consultation: what to load, what to leave alone, and what to do between visits. Progress is reviewed each time and the plan adjusts.
Afterwards
This is deliberately a course rather than a single visit. The point is that the result holds after the sessions stop.
