How the session goes
The first session is as much assessment as treatment: what hurts, when, what makes it worse. From there Elena builds a plan — often a short course of sessions rather than a single visit. Cupping and body wraps are used where they help.
Afterwards
One session usually gives relief. Holding that relief is what the course is for.
